ZM AXTON ("ZM AXTON," "we," "us," or "our") is a compact construction equipment brand operated by ZO Motors North America. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, request a demo or quote, contact our dealer network, or otherwise interact with us — and what choices you have.
1.Scope & who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to www.zmaxton.com and any related websites, web pages, online forms, and digital communications that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Site"). It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, or to independent dealers and service providers who operate their own websites and customer relationships under their own privacy practices.
ZM AXTON is a brand of ZO Motors North America. Our equipment lineup includes the SR385 Mini Skid Steer, SR910 Compact Loader, L800 Mini Wheel Loader, and E19 Mini Excavator. Inquiries about this Policy can be sent to privacy@zmaxton.com.

- Name, company name, job title, and role
- Email address, phone number, and mailing or jobsite address
- Equipment of interest, quantity, financing preference, and timeline
- Project details, attachment or accessory needs, and any free-text comments you include
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect:
- IP address, approximate location (city / region), and device identifiers
- Browser type, operating system, language preference, and screen size
- Referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and click activity
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see Section 5)
Information from third parties
We may receive information from independent ZM AXTON dealers, financing partners, trade-show registration platforms, and publicly available business directories — for example, when a dealer forwards a customer inquiry to us, or when you request information at an industry event.
3.How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to demo and quote requests and connect you with the appropriate dealer or sales contact
- Provide product information, specifications, financing options, and follow-up communications you've asked for

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Use
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements
6.Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to opt out of marketing emails or targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email privacy@zmaxton.com or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7.California privacy notice
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), gives you the rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, as well as the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation, and professional information). We do not sell personal information for money. Some of our advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by emailing privacy@zmaxton.com or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not discriminate against consumers who exercise their privacy rights.
8.Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services or information you've requested, maintain customer and dealer relationships, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Demo and quote inquiries are typically retained for the life of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter for warranty, recall, and audit purposes. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
9.Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
10.Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses, fleet operators, and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
